Are you set up to run 220v? Tho it will run off 110 you will find this to be a big restriction in welding capacities. My point is just remember that getting a new outlet installed is an added (but necessary) expense. Some run them off the cloths dryer outlet but a 220v/30amp extension cord is stupid expensive and a dedicated outlet is just safer.
I’m not familiar with that machine but miller tends to make a good product. I would say if it’s lightly used and works well you would have very little risk.
