Best Choice bought Royal Oak brand rights? Time will tell if Royal Oak simple disappears from the shelves. Corporate mumbo jumbo when it comes to branding changes. Same product? Probably not, probably slightly cheaper to meet the profit margins of the purchasing company. WOW, am I a skeptic but I've seen it happen in the paint business. New corporate name, Same product code but tweeked to be made cheaper and with crappier quality when closely inspected. JM2CW
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
I've got a buddy that works for Kingsford. He says most of the charcoal in this country is made by them and then packaged accordingly right here in Kentucky. Take it for what it's worth but I get free bags of Best Choice and Kingsford brand. Just sayin.
