The weave was simple after that stellar step by step tutorial you posted, the rub is one of those never the same twice this and that kinda rubs, I found it up in the cupboard in an old repurposed onion powder container so I guess we'll see. Thanks for planting the seed bro!

Sure! It’s easy... I cook at 250-275 depending on time I have. This one cooked at 275 for about 2 hours. Was actually ready in 1.5 hours but I like the thicker bacon a little more done.
