Vac pac

I have a small vac Pac machine I use for sealing hops when I'm brewing beer. Does anyone use a vac Pac to seal their meat in a marinade before they bbq?

I've seen it done and have considered trying it soon. How could it be a bad thing?

I use it for marinating meat. It works great depending on how strong a flavor you are looking for. I've overdone meat before made it too strong. It's a great addition to your arsenal of go to BBQ tools.

I sure use it afterwards. I heard it speeds the process but haven’t tried it. I would only do that with jerky personally.
