It's the 1st time I didn't wrap one up at 160°. Its resting comfortably now after a 10 1/2 hour ride in my trailer rig. I did bump the smoker temp up to 300° after the brisket hit 180° so it could finish and have time to rest before supper tonight.

There was a fair amount of elbow throwing after the 1st morsel was cut and shared. It took a while for anyone to notice the rest of the food in the tray line...Image
