Got home early enough tonight that I had time to do some cookin. I made some scotch eggs.

ive made them several times but they are kinda dry so we need a sauce or something to go with them.

With an egg inside it that makes it a mini BREAKFAST fatty - and since they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day - then it's okay to wrap it in bacon... at least that's the story I'm going with.... ;D
