Looks good! I'm smoking up three racks of baby backs myself right now. We plan on having a friend over to eat with us later.

Looks good all! I did a few fork tenderloins quick yesterday and sliced thin for sandwiches. Not bad but not great as I overcooked them by about 20 degrees. Assumed they needed to cook to 203 like a pork shoulder but with the limited fat content it’s only recommended to 135.

Oh well, I’ve got 2 more in the fridge to practice with this week.
