Bacon explosion

Well made my first fatties today on the new smoker, two lbs bacon, two lbs sausage, cheese, jalapeno's.

Also did a turkey, 10 chicken thighs, and a pork butt, all fit on one grate. # more grates to fill.

Yup delicious, cheese was nice helped offset the heat of the jalapeno's.
