<chuckle> I've ran my double pan GF at -6, didn't radiate enough heat out the bottom to melt the snow, even under the firebox (I'm less than 30 miles from Dave.) When I woke up at 0300 to work on Sunday, I was looking at -21 F on my weather station.

Man, are you sayin' that good 'cue ain't worth going outside in those temps? I can ALWAYS put more clothes on, there's a limit to what I can take off. And people just laugh and point a lot.
Dave, i won't argue, that HeaterMeter controller really does spoil me. I fought with a leaky horizontal offset and even with the HM, I never got a more than a couple of hours sleep over a long smoke night. I went big......
