Wife asked what I was smoking for dinner? I said I don’t know, how about a meatloaf!
I will make some changes but for the first one it turned out pretty good.

Agreed. Super delish. Been working on a turkey meatloaf w/ ginger. Last one was a little too sweet but I’m close to getting it dialed in. Think pineapple upside down cake - except as a meatloaf ... so good. Pecan smoke is spot on.
