This was yesterday... decided we wanted to try our hand at homemade pizzas. The thin crusts were all done on the Holland grill. The deep dish were done in the oven since we ran out of room.
This was our first attempt at Chicago style deep dish.... I was happy with how it turned out, but need to perfect the crust... it know we can do better.
Today will be Chicken Thighs and Breasts on the grill... I'll take some pics.

Had the Holland smoking when I pre-cooked the crusts. Gotta try some flavor woods soon.... never have used em before.

Aww come on dude... I have twin 3yr old boys.... time is a real issue for me.... but I have an awesome UDS that's feeling neglected... and I WILL make time to get it ready to smoke again.dcman wrote:<null>
