I would say it was my least favorite.....but since I have learned how to properly prep and season them.....I like em!!!!

PR....I assume your talking about the ribs....and SURE....that sample is on the way... ;)

It was the first time I trimmed ribs.....I learned from OB1 so it should be good.....

I am all about trim...ing.... :D
