Bbq bible

Post by johnney » January 16th, 2013, 5:39 pm

Not to pimp some body else stuff here but I bought a BBQ bible that covers sauces runs marinades basted butters and glazes. I gotta say, some of these things sound really awesome and I'm thinking that I need to fire the uds up this weekend and try some

wife bought me that book back for our 10th anniversary I believe. Good read, lots of insights

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
