First time for beef ribs

Post by agspecialties » January 17th, 2014, 9:16 pm

I am going to smoke so e big old beef ribs Sunday. I am looking for the smoke times for these babies. With pork I do a 2-1-1 smoke. 2 on the smoker 1 wrapped and 1 wrapped with sauce. These beef ribs are huge and thick. That is why I am looking for cook times and temps.

Thanks.

To get them nice and tender, cook to internal temp ~190. Might take 4-5 hours @ 225-250 depending on the size and cut.

If it's tourist season, how come I can't shoot 'em?
