Food and fireworks

Need a ruff idea on how many racks to serve on the fourth 6 adults 4 kids
Now 4 of the adults are big eaters and I don't want any going hungry
I was thinking 9 racks?

Ok question number 2 am I still aiming for a target temp of 225 or am I going to raise it planing on 3-1.5-.5

As always, there are many ways to skin a pig. I run hotter, 250 - 275 and run for 3, foil for 1 and uncover for the last 1. Any more in the foil and they start to fall apart for me, which some prefer.

Image MEAT almost 30lb of ribs not to bad I did end up going with 9 racks they are three to a pack from Costco I'm looking for glaze and rub ideas. Planing on three dry and six wet
