I made some Chicken stuffed with my favorite ABT/Jalapeno Popper cheese mix.

: Chicken Prepped for Stuffing

: Rubbed down with Dink's Chicken and Butt rub

: Wrapped in a Bacon Weave

: Post couple of hours in the smoker

: Sliced and ready to Eat

They turned out Great and were delicious.

Ok... Didn't mean to leave anybody hanging... I just figured everyone already had their favorite Jalapeno Popper cheese mix recipe.

8 oz of Cream cheese (softened)
1 Cup of shredded Monterrey Jack/Cheddar cheese mix
1 Med Jalapeno (Diced)
2 strips of Bacon (fried crisp)
1 tsp of season salt. ( I usually add to taste depending on how salty the bacon is)

Mix together and it is ready to be stuffed into just about anything. I have even made a fatty with that stuffing in it.
