Yes on the mustard treatment, but my rub is a secret. wink wink My is rub is Pork rub from Safeway but i add dried and ground jalapeno and red pepper just to make my Bark Bite.

Ok, so mustard rub and then into the foil pan for the entire cook? Did you add any liquids to the pan at first, or is it all natural juices?

Yeah its all natural juices, I put it in fat cap up it takes 11 hours to hit 190 degrees. Then I wrap it for 30 minutes in foil then shred it. I have injected them before with butter and garlic powder.
