Twisted Fatty...

OK... I decided to try a twist on the true and tried Fatty... It turned out good, and I think i could lead to several new recipes.

Next add a layer of Goat Cheese.

Next add a layer of Prosciutto...

Then add some roasted asparagus.

Roll it up just like any other Fatty...

Add a bacon Weave!!!!

Then Smoke it... the easy part...

Then slice it up...

It turned out delicious and flavorful....
