Here's how it will work-

• Pizza must be cooked on a smoker or a Grill. any fuel you wish
• entry must be "Q-View" process. (step by step pics From Ingredients to Plated)
• Pizza entry must be shown plated with a side
• contest starts now
• dcman has to enter... like it or not...
• all entries must be submitted by Private Message to me with the word "contest" in the subject line
• All entries must be submitted by August 1st at Midnight

OK Frank, you have walked into my zone! .. One back ground note, in a futile attempt to lose weight I have vowed no pizza for 2012. To date I have managed to not cheat. I know .. I know this sounds trivial but I used to eat pizza 6 - 8 times a month so damn I want pizza. I figure I can cook a pizza I just wont be able to sample the pizza!
