Post by KILLSWITCH505 » June 10th, 2012, 5:37 pm

Thought it was about time to post another cook (its bee a while) we stayed home this weekend so we BBQ’ed with mom and dad.

It started with a little tri tip on the roto

Some shrimp with Big Ron’s critter dust (awesome as usual)

Looks rare to me

But looks can be deceiving damn thing came out medium

Some sourdough baguette (best to date)

If I had a last meal I think this would be my request only thing that could have made this any better would have been some abalone

Man that looks good KS! Beef and seafood can't be beat! :LG:

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
