The finished product.
Temperature was too hot. Couldn't get the smoker below 350. Still was very moist. Lacking smoke flavor however. Mid 90's during the day and I didn't really have a place to put the smoker that was in the shade.
I hear ya S1, I kept trying to get the water trough filled but everything was evaporating before I could raise the lid. I finally just topped the bucket with a wire rack and had steamed veggies for a side dish Supposed to be 105 for the 4th, I'm gonna try some shrimp this timesmokeone wrote:Would you send those 90's south a little?
