Here is a Philly Style cheese pizza....we made the dough from scratch with beer...cut up some brisket and onions and peppers.... Then smoked and ate!!!

That's that new technique for making sure the cheese ooooozes out to the edges of the crust ... you just pivot the smoker on one leg and gently rotate for 15 minutes. high tech stuff! =))

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
