Today's Brisket 7-29-13

Post by Twinpop » July 29th, 2013, 8:57 am

So I have a few days off so I am starting the week with a 17.5# Brisket. This is my second brisket on my home built smoker.
Put the Brisket in about 5:30am cooking it at 225* I may foil this one when it hits 150* cause I'm really itich'in for some brisket.
So Iam drinking beer and cooking Brisket. Wednesday I will be eating brisket and making beer. Not sure if it gets any better.

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

I'll take one of each, please! :needfood:

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
