Oxtail chili and brisket

Post by jasonz » January 19th, 2015, 9:11 pm

Found a new recipe for chili that sounded good. Picked up some oxtail and got started. This is a must try if you like chili.

Also needed to cook this prime brisket i had wet aging for 3wks. Found a new source for prime briskets. Paid $4.19/lb and used to but CAB from rest depot for $3.68. Call the butcher monday, pick them up wed - my new go to brisket.

I saw oxtail in the store yesterday...it scared me. I was intimidated because IDK how to prepare it.

I walked away slowly.

Man that is some mighty fine looking food.

From infinity and beyond.

Never argue with a Moron, they'll just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
