Image Final product! Served with Home Made Hot German Potato Salad and Green Bean Casserole (thanks to the wife!). Wish I could post video to show how tender they were but let's say you could use a spoon. Addition of Chili Powder in the rub presents a nice heat. Fun Fact: I was apparently out of apple juice but subbed 2 Berry Flavored Capri Suns during the wrapped portion of the cook. Who Knew?!

Looks very tasty. Well done. That hot potato salad looks good too.
