Not sure if there's a name for them or not, but made some beef and sausage meatballs wrapped in bacon and rolled in brown sugar.
Smoked on the Drumm for a few minutes longer than necessary.(damn adult beverages).

They look great, but those adult beverages must have taken over. Your smoking a rack of ribs on a lawn chair and didn't even remove the plastic
