Labor Day grub

Post by JRINNE » September 2nd, 2019, 8:17 pm

Couple racks of ribs and some chicken thighs on the smoker today. Seared the thighs on the grill to crisp them up a bit, they were great. Ribs were good as well, I didn’t wrap these it took about 5 1/2 hours running about 230 degrees. I also made a little bourbon peach cobbler in the Dutch oven for desert.

Looks tasty... :kewl:

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.
