I AM HONGRIS TODAY!!!!

Today i decided to make some jalapeno bombers.
What I made them with:
big jalapenos sliced in half, long ways
1 block of cream cheese mixed
added Kiilers HOG Hot BBQ RUB till it turns pink to red in color.
1 pkg bacon.
Then:
fill cream chesse in the hulled out jalpenos.
sprinkle with chile powder on th cream chesse to hot hot you want it.
wrap with a slice of bacon each.
coat the wrapped bacon with more Kiilers HOG Hot BBQ RUB.
LAST!!
grill them and eat them in a hot corn or flour tortilla

Now i am make some gilled chicken cordon blue ( el gato style)
chicken
guyre cheese slices
swiss slices
blackforest ham
green jalapeno slices.
GRILL till cooked!

Looks great! I love making poppers, I normally cook some ground sausage or chirizo and mix with the cream cheese. It gives it a little something extra.

Looks good.....I need to make those again but dang they are rich...the wife gets mad when I make stuff she cannot put down and walk away from
