Creamy coleslaw.

So I'm getting up early to smoke a pork butt and I decided to make some coleslaw to go with it.

1/2 head red cabbage.
1/2 head green cabbage.
2 good sized carrots.
1/2 cup butter milk.
1/2 cup mayonnaise.
1/3 cup sugar.
2 tbsp lemon juice.
1 tbsp red wine vinegar.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp black pepper.
Thoroughly mix/toss and refrigerate.
