I say make one. Plus it will be exactly how you want it. ;)

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Well the ones I have are awesome, from HD but there not all of 36 inchs. Prob more like 20.

But they are like 7 inchs wide and do a fantastic job.

WAIT

What the heck you need a brush for ???? the bugs burn right off, just like the goose feathers did in my drum.

And to DC,,,,,,NO I didnt gook a goose with the feathers on. !!!!

Nothing wrong with a bowl of grits that a gallon of cheese sauce can't fix...

Now there's a challenge ... BBQ grits. I'm not sure a serious thread can even be started on that one but I've had ham grits, bacon grits, sausage grits, shrimp grits, cheese grits and grits & gravy. Surely a grit can be BBQ'd :needfood:

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

turning and foiling each individual grit is tedious though ...

=)) I crack myself up...

So I'm on board with smoking grits, but I'm confused... how do you get the temp probe in?
