Design Questions

Post by slowboat76 » January 5th, 2015, 11:03 am

I remember seeing a detailed explanation somewhere of the different types of smoker such as the difference between a vertical offset and reverse flow and others along with their pros and cons. I may be dreaming but I thought it was on this site. If anyone has a link or can point me in right direction i would appreciate it. Thanks

Guys I appreciate the help but what I was referring to was a "stickie" that explained each style of cooker and the perceived pros and cons of each one. It was all in one document and kind of explained the reasoning behind design changes. It may have not been on this forum. Thanks.

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
