I have read though several post about Dinks. I have tried to find the website but not able to. Is it still smokendinks?

I think he has been absorbed by a job he got last year and is in it full time....


If you can't fix it by sheer force or cursing......then it can't be fixed.....

yep, He's a full time head chef for a big time university now. I think he still makes it once in a while. you can try to PM him on here and he will get an email. hopefully he still checks it.

I got some of his chili powder a while back it was great.


Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........

Hey guys sorry I been gone for so long, job keeps me busy and going through a wicked divorce. Hoping to get operations back up and going soon for all my rubs.


A little about me, I am a Le Cordon Bleu Chef and have been in the food service industry for over 10 years. Any questions about food I will answer to the best of my knowledge.
