WTF?!?! All the things they could be worried about. :headwall: A dung burning pit, that gives a new outlook on the pellet pooper.

I'd like to see exactly what they come up with and how they're going to plan on enforcing it. Whatever it is, I hope the builders bolt it on instead of welding it.

Enforcement is difficult without the funds to get the grill inspectors hired, paid and government vehicles to drive to your yard and check the grill out...

add another 10% tax

I agree. They can't enforce it on the consumer end. I'm sure they could on the manufacturers end though.
