my question on this design is, being that its more or less a direct cooker on the bottom, and has 3 stacks, would the 2 vertical ones even get hot enough to really be much use? :headwall:

Don't know, I figured if you just use the grill as your fire box and shut off (or down) the direct stack.... it should..?

I just thought, if nothing else, it's creative. Probably not very user friendly between bending down to the grill or reaching up to the smokers though.
