Okay so its time to stir the pot!!!

Rules: You get one vote and please leave a comment as to why....if you pick the propane option you will be shunned and laughed at as we dip you in bbq sauce and feed you to the squirrels!!

If you can't fix it by sheer force or cursing......then it can't be fixed.....

I have to say, I like the q from my RF more than any of the list. But, the UDS sure is easy to use and very efficient. I've haven't spent a lot of time around the pellet drives. But it looks like we missed the GF option. I bet Ben will chime in pretty soon.

Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........

I can't vote, cause I'd vote for them all. They all have their place and specialty in my book.

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

This RF is my first but I've watched hours and hours of BBQ competitions on TV from north to south and east to west and looked at each type competitors were using. That's why I chose the RF, seemed like a time tested piece

Make no mistake, there ain't no powder in this Puff ! And... I'm not really a crazy person but I play one in real life

Well, my center feed stick burner seems to put out some quality meat. My next project (and hopefully last) is going to be a reverse flow, so that's what I picked.

I'm winging it so I'm going with the RF. I like drinking beer and playing with fire so it fits my needs.

:yth: I like I like RF because it gives me time to relax and drink beer and spend in the backyard and I done care about the weather, but my wife and daughters will usually not come out there so it's a good vacation

RF here, when I started my quest for a smoker I had it my head that I wanted to be able to light the fire, plug in the guru and get some sleep for those 12 hours smokes. OK, so the RF will never let you sleep more than an hour, the guru never quite understands it is hooked to a RF so scratch that add on and the learning curve was a bit steep out of the gate. Almost 2 yrs later, the firing is routine, the air vents don't get tweeked except for the weather and I have handled 2 weddings and a graduation party not to mention knocked out some serious good homemade bacon. RF, each one has its own personality but very versatile.

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
