Picked this up the other day!!

Got it for 80 bucks...looking for ideas to make it more efficient. it has a rack level with the bottom of the doors they come out and you put the coals in under the rack. I and going to put another rack in or two that will be removable. I need to do something about the coal situation ether pans that slide out from each side or something? any thoughts?? Thanks for looking

Maybe building a FB in front of the axle and a BP in it and it should make an awesome RF. And you will be able to walk right up to it.

This thing is huge. its 35 1/2 deep and 72 /12 wide. how big of a fire box would work?

how about 24x55 round with four vents into the cook chamber?? I will have to go look at it when the snow melts off....

Sure that would work, I would go with one opening making it long and narrow to try and keep temps even.
