I bought mine at the KC BBQ store the other day for $59.00
Amazon may be the best option.

I think 60.00 bucks for the 732 series is about the best deal I could find......but an ET-73 is a bit cheaper on the wallet...

Get two there cheap. Greatest investment I made.
You can even watch temp while you mow the grass, if you want. ;)

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Well it was a public holiday here yesterday, " ANZAC DAY"....so we decided to cook a leg of Lamb in the gas Weber Genesis.......lots of conflicting ideas of temps for lamb, the weber temp gauge says 77c is the correct cook temp and the plate on the weber it self says 82!, so we decided to aim for 69 to pull it and let it rest and hopefully rise in temp.........this is how it looked just prior to pulling!
it has a Kansas City rub on it, we mixed it up ourselves! :D

and this is it plated, as you can see it is well done, not the medium we were aiming for!

I blame the Weber thermo, come on August so I can buy my Maverick!!
