Hi I'm Paul from the uk. Just about to start building my UDS.
Does any one or had anyone used briquettes made from coconut shell. See Lots for sale here in uk.

I have never used them but I heard it was good. I have no experience with this though.

Welcome aboard!! I also remember a few guys talked about using them but I haven't ever used any.

Also as I'm a bit of a diy geek I'll be building my own PID temperature controller.
