Good morning from smokey Utah. I wish it was because of my smoker but our state is in fire right now.
I just picked up a custom built smoker from a friend but needs some major modifications to make it work. I've been smoking with propane for years but this is my first stick burner. Looking for some advice to make it work. What would be the best section for my post?
