Hello everyone. I am a welder fabricator in Pennsylvania. I have gotten the smoking bug after my dad gave me his old offset cheap charcoal smoker. Since then I have bought a few others and am finally building my own. Of course I have some questions. Thank you all for posting so much information to help us newbs.
