Happy New Year to All

Post by The Smokey Rooster » December 31st, 2019, 8:55 am

Hello from Utah
It has come the time for me to build a smallish continuous feed smoker dedicated to smoking fish and seafood.
This will be my 4th smoker build. the first two were a process of trial and error to see what I wanted and what physically works. I hope to learn from all of the folks that have made the effort before me on this project. My goal is to complete this project with all the years of gathering parts
"POSSIBLES" and using them up. Lets see how this goes.
Thanks to all of you

Welcome and very nice unit you've built there...

It is an offset Wood burner.
I have added natural gas burners to help with the initial heat up and if I want to just finish off some brisket once wrapped in paper.
The boxes are double walled with 2300 degree insulation between the walls. I have had a thing about train since I was a young boy. Sooo this was my Idea of a perfect project for me.
