Another newbie
I've been browsing this site looking at smokers and like what I have saw. I'm from North Carolina about 30 minutes west of Lexington so our preferred way to BBQ is pit cooked but I plan to build a smoker and later on a bigger cooker for pit cooked. All the cookers I've made are 55 gallon paint barrels.
