Hi all.
I am very pleased to be a new member of this forum.
I am a farmer from North Somerset in the UK. My 1st smoker was a homebuilt Texas type smoker made out of an oil drum.
My lady then bought me a ECB for a long gone birthday and I have not looked back since!
I have since built 4 more UDS's and 1 mini UDS using a 60l drum.
Hope to pick up a whole lotta tips from you all.
