New Builder from NC

Post by Ken » September 11th, 2012, 6:47 pm

Hi, My name is Ken I live in Southeast NC, just started smoking in the last couple of years I have been using a chargriller that I have modified and it has served me well, but I wanted something bigger and better so a month ago I started my 120 gallon (propane tank) reverse flow. Thanks to this site and all the info on here the build is complete (can't get pics to load ). I am very pleased on how it turned out when I get some pics on here I would like the pro's on here opinions. Its not fancy but for my first one I thought it turned out good. now to get some Que on it.

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
