Hello all,
I am new to this site and just signed up. I am working with a buddy trying to get a smoker building/catering company going. Any ideas and/or constructive critisizim will be appreciated. Currently we only have one hog roaster/smoker built, and are in the process of finishing one that someone else started. I will try to get some pics posted later. I think the idea of renting smokers is Great.
Dont think it would ever work around here since here, every joe blow has one. and the rest have a gas grill and think thats the way to cook ribs.
BTW,,,,, I love the flex plate on the side of the rotator.
