Howdy from Texas!
Hello from the panhandle of Texas, Amarillo to be exact. I just started smoking last summer and I am HOOKED. Bought a fairly nice smoker from Academy sporting goods, and it worked great until this summer when we had a large group over and I ran out of room on my smoker. So here I am ready to start my first build, a 250 gallon propane tank reverse draft. Wish me luck!
