Hey there this is a great Idea! I think I recognize some names here....I am a Meat dept manager of an independant grocery store In NW Ohio.
I got the smokin bug from my dad years ago when he took an old kenmore clothes washing machine and made it into a smoker.thanks for the memories Dad. I have a few smokers but have ideas for several more. this place looks just right for me! If you all will have me?

Omg... I feel bad about the wood thing man...... yes I still would like to trade up with ya. I took a promotion at work and its killing me. They made me a field supervisor vs a field worker. Lol. I try and hit all the boards but lately I have been crashing out when I get home. I will pm ya here in a week or so and let ya know the pecan is on the way. Got a small comp this sat. Hope I do decent, if my beans do ok, ill share the mix.
