it was about a year old at this time. the wood fender/shelves were made up of 1 1/2" beach, cut butcher block style. i spent a lot of time cutting glueing up and finishing the shelves. i resurched the finish and found a new "super" polimer/toung oil. well the florida sun ate through it in 3 months. so now i have stainless steel instead. i have a new paint job and red handels now. i loaned it out to the guy that built it and it came back all refreshed and new looking.

Nice looking rig!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Hi Steve,
Looks good. If the wind blows the right direction I might be able to smell it. I'm in Weston Fl. Welcome aboard from one newbee to the other.

I'm going to do some of that cold smoking soon. I like smoked cheese and just about everything else. Besure to post some pics of what you do with it.

Cool stuff.

Are you sure it's not a reverse flow?

no plate. the guy that built it had no idea what RF was, but it could be added (the plate)

I would think based on your exhaust stack if you place your plate right it's easily a rf....
