Howdy All!
I am new to this site and new to the idea of building my own smoker... I can see there is lots and lots of information to discover here... wow!... probably overkill for my simple minded project. Anyway I look forward to exploring the possibilities....

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
