Hello from Thailand

Hey All,

I am originally from Texas but retired to Thailand after 24+ yrs un the US Air Force. It did not take long for me to start missing my smoked Brisket and pork ribs. So I first found sources of good beef and butchers, then I set out to plan and build a smoker. I stumbled across this site and ordered a set of plans, and started my build.

Welcome gats! Glad you're spreading the Gospel of Brisket across the pond that way. Those folks in Thailand do some incredible good things with spices and cooking so you'll prolly end up with some VERY good brisket when you start rolling smoke....
